The New Castle Historical Society walks visitors back into the eighteenth century, where the Amstel House keeps its Lady in Blue. Departing the Arsenal on October Fridays and Saturdays, the seventy-five-minute tour braids ghost stories with hard history. The 2025 dates sold out.
