The premise
Marshall Lawson is the commander of an elite military unit. Marshall Lawson loses his strike-team in a cold-blooded and seemingly random attack, and he takes it upon himself to investigate the attack, with the help of his girlfriend Tia and his friend Dwayne.

When a brutal, unexplained assault wipes out his elite strike team, hardened military commander Marshall Lawson refuses to let the deaths go unanswered. Partnering with those closest to him, he digs into a mystery that runs far deeper and stranger than a routine ambush. What he uncovers points toward a threat that conventional soldiers were never trained to face. The hunt for answers pulls Lawson into increasingly dangerous and unsettling territory.
