Horror Vault's take

Two undercover officers venture deep into an isolated jungle village in pursuit of a dangerous fugitive, only to find the mission spiralling into something far stranger than a simple manhunt. The dense forest community seems to warp logic itself, with each lead dissolving into a new and more bewildering dead end. Malayalam filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery crafts an oppressive, fever-dream atmosphere where the line between investigation and madness grows impossibly thin. What begins as a covert operation quietly transforms into a trap with no obvious exit.
