The premise
A cruel suicide wave spreads from the United States to a small Turkish town, where a man kills himself after spending time on the computer. His friends are still getting disturbing emails from him.

A mysterious suicide epidemic migrates from the United States to a quiet Turkish town, leaving shattered friendships and unanswered questions in its wake. When a young man takes his own life after prolonged sessions at his computer, those closest to him begin receiving emails that couldn't possibly be coming from anyone living. Rooted in Turkish folklore surrounding the djinn, D@bbe uses the intimacy of digital communication to build a creeping, culturally specific dread that feels unlike most Western horror. It's a slow-burn descent into the terrifying idea that something ancient may have found a new home online.
