The premise
A Marine Biologist is assigned to investigate the mysterious deaths of some marine life in an inland salt water lake that has been attributed to a creature thought to have been the stuff of a legend.

When a remote inland saltwater lake becomes the site of unexplained marine animal deaths, a marine biologist is dispatched to uncover the truth — and what she finds defies everything science thought it knew.
