The premise
Michael's health club is beseiged with a series of terrible murders involving killer saunas and other grisly devices. Michael's wife killed herself a while before and her brother holds Michael responsible. Michael needs to stop the bloodshed before he loses all of his clients.

A sleek, upscale health club becomes the deadliest workout destination in town when its high-tech equipment starts turning against members in spectacularly gruesome ways. Haunted by the suicide of his wife and the bitter resentment of her surviving brother, owner Michael finds himself trapped between a personal nightmare and a mounting body count. Death Spa delivers late-80s excess in spades — equal parts slasher whodunit and supernatural revenge tale set against a backdrop of chrome, neon, and spandex.
