The premise
Gioia is a buxom centerfold working for Pussycat magazine. In such a profession, having an admirer or two is expected, but Gioia's admirer is a vicious killer! He murders her fellow magazine models one at a time, using a variety of twisted implements of death. Gioia is the lucky recipient of a collection of photos, each with murdered bodies arranged around posters of her.

In the glossy, flesh-drenched world of Italian erotic publishing, a glamorous centerfold named Gioia finds herself at the centre of a terrifying fan's obsession. One by one, the models around her are slaughtered in elaborate, gruesome tableaux — each crime scene a macabre tribute sent directly to her. This late-entry Italian giallo drips with the genre's signature style: lurid visuals, a mysterious killer, and a heroine who must unravel the nightmare closing in around her before she becomes the final subject.
