The premise
Granutes are intelligent lifeforms that operate secretly in the human world. They kidnap people for the sake of "Black Market Sweets." As people are attacked one after another by the Granutes, Shoma, a young man from another world, rises up to save the people. Together with the Gochizo, small monsters born from eating sweets, he transforms into Kamen Rider Gavv with a mouth-like belt!

Beneath the everyday world of candy and sweets lurks a sinister secret: the Granutes, intelligent creatures preying on unsuspecting humans for their own dark underground trade. When the attacks escalate, an outsider named Shoma steps forward as humanity's unlikely defender, bonding with bizarre confection-born monsters called Gochizo. Wielding a uniquely grotesque belt that channels their power, he transforms into the hero Kamen Rider Gavv to stand against the creeping threat. It's a wild, candy-coated clash between monstrous predators and an even stranger breed of hero.
