When newlywed Tom Russo becomes consumed by the suspicion that his wife is sleeping with the neighbors, his paranoia spirals into something far more dangerous than a troubled marriage. Shot on a shoestring budget in the late-80s shot-on-video tradition, this suburban splatter picture revels in its own excess as Tom's jealous delusions drive him toward increasingly violent confrontations. Director Tim Ritter crafts a deeply uncomfortable portrait of obsession gone catastrophically wrong, with the story taking some decidedly nasty turns before it's through.
