The premise
When Emily Woodrow and her friends happen on a treasure chest full of gold coins, they fail to to heed the warnings of a wise old psychic who had foretold that they would encounter trouble with a very nasty and protective Leprechaun.

When a group of friends stumbles upon a stash of gold coins in the hood, their windfall quickly turns into a nightmare — because the pint-sized, foul-tempered Leprechaun wants every last coin back. Ignoring the desperate warnings of a local psychic, they soon find themselves hunted by one of horror's most relentless (and wisecracking) killers. The sixth entry in the long-running franchise trades gothic atmosphere for urban energy, leaning hard into bloody comedy and outrageous kills.
