When a company offers free housing, a group of residents quickly discovers that the arrangement comes with strings far darker than any lease agreement. Something ancient and hungry dwells within the walls, and it has its own idea of payment. As strange occurrences mount and the residents' grip on reality begins to slip, escape may prove far more difficult than simply walking out the door. This Thai supernatural horror draws on deep-rooted spiritual unease to deliver a slow-burn tale of souls caught in a trap they never saw coming.
