The premise

When five young outsiders on Community Service get caught in a strange storm, they discover that they have developed superpowers.

Five troubled young offenders serving community service find their lives turned upside down when a freak storm leaves each of them changed in deeply unsettling ways. The superpowers they develop are far from heroic gifts — they're strange, dangerous, and deeply personal reflections of who these characters really are. Equal parts black comedy and genuine menace, the series isn't shy about depicting the messy, violent consequences of power in the wrong hands.
