The premise
In the Pacific, 1944, a Japanese soldier and a British prisoner of war are stranded on a deserted island, hunted by a deadly creature. Two mortal enemies must come together to survive the unknown.

Set against the brutal backdrop of the Pacific War in 1944, Monster Island throws a Japanese soldier and a British POW together on a remote island where something far deadlier than the conflict between their nations lurks in the shadows. With no allies, no rescue, and no common language to lean on, the two men must dismantle generations of hatred just to stay alive. Whatever is hunting them on that island doesn't care which flag they fight under — and it may be unlike anything either man has ever faced.
