The premise

When two college roommates move into a brooding gothic apartment, they quickly discover their new home harbors something far older and far angrier than a bad landlord. An ornate architectural centerpiece becomes the focal point of a creeping terror that refuses to stay dormant. As strange and disturbing events multiply, the bond between the two women is pushed to its breaking point. Something in Room 203 has been waiting — and it has no intention of letting them leave unscathed.
