The premise
Unpleasant events disturb the life of an aspiring crime fiction writer when he becomes a resident of an apartment building teeming with shady neighbors.

A young man moves into a cheap Seoul dormitory to chase his dreams of becoming a crime writer, only to find himself surrounded by neighbors who seem dangerously, disturbingly wrong. What begins as ordinary discomfort curdles into full-blown paranoia as he struggles to distinguish real threat from unraveling mind. This Korean miniseries leans hard into psychological dread, trapping its protagonist — and the viewer — in an ever-tightening atmosphere of suspicion and menace. Based on a webtoon, it delivers the kind of slow-burn horror that makes you afraid of the people just on the other side of the wall.
