On a remote Florida island, a pair of scientists push their homemade time machine further than caution allows — and something from the year 5000 begins pushing back. This low-budget 1958 chiller taps into Cold War anxieties about radiation and runaway science, wrapping them in swamp-gothic atmosphere.
