The premise
A real estate agent terrifies a couple with the grim fates of the previous owners of a house they're looking at.

A chatty real estate agent takes a young couple on a house tour unlike any other, spinning a series of increasingly disturbing tales about what really happened to the previous owners. Each story peels back the cheerful facade of suburban life to reveal something far more sinister lurking underneath. Equal parts black comedy and genuine horror, Terror Tract delivers its anthology scares with a wink and a grimace. The wraparound framing device keeps the tension alive between segments, making the whole package more than the sum of its parts.
