The premise
A secluded serial killer lures videographers into his world with the promise of a paid job documenting his life. Unfortunately, as the tape rolls, the killer's questionable intentions surface with his increasingly odd behavior and the victims will learn they may have made a deadly mistake.

Each episode of The Creep Tapes puts an unsuspecting videographer alone with a deeply disturbing stranger who hired them for what seemed like a straightforward gig. As the camera keeps rolling, small red flags give way to something far more sinister. Shot on raw, intimate video, the anthology series turns the mundane act of filming into a slow-building nightmare. Mark Duplass anchors the show with a performance that makes ordinary social awkwardness feel genuinely threatening.
