When a ritualistic serial killer is executed, Los Angeles detective Russell Logan believes the case is closed — but the murders are far from over. Teaming up with a psychic who warned him before the killer's capture, Logan soon discovers his quarry may have cheated death itself. The duo races through a city gripped by fear as the threat takes on a terrifying, otherworldly dimension that no badge or bullet can easily stop.
