The premise
Elena Santos, a young woman with a complicated past, maneuvers her way into working as a live-in nanny for an affluent family in Manhattan. She quickly learns that everyone in the mysterious building has deadly secrets and ulterior motives. What they don't know, however, is that Elena has some shocking secrets of her own.

Elena Santos talks her way into a nanny position with a wealthy Manhattan family, only to find that the grand, unsettling building she now calls home is crawling with residents who all seem to be hiding something dangerous. As she digs deeper into the dark history of the apartment and its occupants, Elena must guard secrets of her own that could prove just as explosive. With the specter of past tragedies looming over every elegant hallway, the line between hunter and hunted grows dangerously thin.
