The premise
A young restorer travels to a small village to restore a medieval painting to its former glory. She will put her life in danger due to a curse attached to the painting.

A skilled art restorer accepts what seems like a prestigious commission — the painstaking revival of a centuries-old medieval painting in a remote village. As she peels back layers of history on the canvas, something far older and darker begins to stir around her. The village holds secrets tightly, and the painting may be far more than pigment and wood. What starts as a dream assignment steadily transforms into a waking nightmare she may not survive.
