The premise

When a top-secret government lab experiment spirals out of control, an extraordinarily intelligent dog finds itself mentally linked to the deadly creature unleashed upon the world. As the monster cuts a violent path toward its canine counterpart, a small group of survivors must stay one step ahead of a predator that always knows where to find them. This low-budget sci-fi horror sequel leans into creature-feature thrills and the unlikely bond between humans and an animal caught in the crossfire of scientific hubris.
