The premise
Single mother Elaine is disturbed by her son Martin's aggressive behaviour, she visits his late father's estranged family in small-town Luxembourg, which hides a much darker nature. When she realizes that Martin could become like them, Elaine is forced into a desperate fight for her son's future.

When her young son Martin begins displaying frightening, animalistic behaviour, single mother Elaine travels to the Luxembourg countryside to seek answers from the family of his deceased father. What she finds among these tight-lipped rural relatives is far more disturbing than she bargained for. Wolfkin blends intimate family drama with creeping folk-horror unease, placing a mother's love on a collision course with something ancient and blood-deep.
