The premise

In 1971, four women defy ultraconservative norms and join Mexico's first female police force—only to discover that it's a publicity stunt to distract the media from a serial killer. As the body count grows, they make a pact to bring the killer to justice.

Set in 1971 Mexico City, this period crime drama follows four pioneering women who sign up for the country's first female police unit — only to learn their badges are little more than a media smokescreen. While authorities scramble to suppress a spiraling serial killer case, these outsiders refuse to stay sidelined and begin hunting the truth themselves. Equal parts procedural thriller and social exposé, the series draws on real history to paint a portrait of women fighting for credibility in a system designed to erase them.
