The premise

A pair of doctors find themselves on the front lines of a savage zombie outbreak, battling hordes of the undead with little more than desperate determination. This low-budget German splatter entry wastes no time on subtlety — it is wall-to-wall carnage from start to finish. Fans of extreme no-frills gore cinema will find plenty to chew on, quite literally.
