The premise
A freshman begins to notice that students at her new school are losing their individuality. She discovers that the faculty are operating on the students' brains to make them docile and productive.

When a young woman enrolls at an elite boarding school, she starts to sense something deeply wrong beneath its polished, orderly surface — her classmates seem to be changing, hollowed out into eerily compliant versions of themselves. What begins as social unease quickly spirals into a chilling conspiracy that strikes at the heart of free will itself. Zombie High trades rotting undead for a more insidious brand of horror rooted in conformity and control, wrapping its dark premise in a distinctly late-80s sensibility.
