The premise

Horror Vault's take
Based on the cult hit film, this short-lived TV adaptation drops four mismatched survivors into a zombie-ravaged America where the undead are almost as dangerous as the humans still standing. The series leans hard into comedy, pairing splatter-filled mayhem with sharp, self-aware humor as the group searches for somewhere worth calling home. It captures the anarchic spirit of the source material with a fresh cast taking on familiar roles.
