We made a real PROTOTYPE (that can CRUSH Poppy!)

Wicked Makers' Jay and Jaimie build a full-scale animatronic version of The Prototype (Experiment 1006) from Poppy Playtime Chapter 5, complete with a welded steel skeleton, hand-tailored costume, and a highly detailed resin-printed face produced on a Formlabs Form 4L printer. The build features motorized head and face rotation driven by Purgatory Props' Aamon Motor Controller, as well as a pneumatically powered crushing hand. To demonstrate the prop's crushing capability, the team also fabricates a life-sized Poppy doll as a test subject. The result is a professional-grade, screen-accurate horror animatronic that blends fabrication, 3D printing, and pneumatics into a single ambitious build.

Real INK DEMON Animatronic that actually attacks Us!

Wicked Makers' Jaimie and Jay build a large-scale pneumatic animatronic of the Ink Demon from Bendy and the Dark Revival, marking a significant step up in complexity from their previous builds. The project combines welded steel framing, foam-and-wire muscle structure, a custom 3D-printed and sculpted head, and a full black silicone skin to achieve the character's signature inky look. Movement is driven by a pneumatic system and coordinated through a prop controller supplied by Purgatory Props. The result is a full character animatronic capable of physically lunging or striking — true to the threatening nature of the source material.
