The premise
A beautiful island is home to thousands of species of aquatic life. Now there is a new species: the 5-Headed Shark is all heads and teeth. Shaped like a demented starfish, this monster terrorizes the open ocean before invading the beaches of Puerto Rico, endangering the once peaceful island paradise.

A grotesque mutant shark with five snapping heads descends on the sun-soaked shores of Puerto Rico, turning a tropical paradise into a feeding ground. Its bizarre starfish-like body makes it unlike any predator the ocean has ever seen — and virtually impossible to stop. A desperate group of survivors must band together before the creature claims the entire coastline. Expect creature-feature chaos cranked up to absurd and gleeful extremes.
