The premise
Val McKee and Earl Bassett are in a fight for their lives when they discover that their desolate town has been infested with gigantic, man-eating creatures that live below the ground.

When a pair of down-on-their-luck handymen notice something is very wrong beneath the dusty Nevada desert, their sleepy backwater town becomes a deadly hunting ground. Something massive — and hungry — is moving underground, and escape routes are quickly running out. What unfolds is a breathless game of cat and mouse between an unlikely band of locals and subterranean predators unlike anything seen before. Smart, scrappy, and overflowing with personality, Tremors is a creature feature with genuine teeth.
