The premise
After being bestowed with demonic powers following a phone call to Hell, a psychotic teacher begins a rampage of death and destruction in a small town, forcing a teen and her boyfriend to fight him off so that they can get away.

A deranged teacher dials up something far worse than a wrong number when he taps into a satanic hotline and receives terrifying supernatural abilities. Armed with hellish power, he cuts a bloody path through a small town with seemingly nothing to stop him. Two young people find themselves squarely in his sights and must summon every ounce of courage to survive. This early-nineties sequel cranks up the demonic mayhem with a campy, over-the-top energy that fans of the era will recognize immediately.
