The premise
Taking all that was great from the first instalment, the movie aims to be a wilder, leaner, faster-paced and even more entertaining anthology this time around, with a new crop of award-winning, visionary filmmakers from around the globe.

Twenty-six filmmakers from across the globe each tackle a letter of the alphabet, crafting a short horror vignette built around a single cause or concept of death. The result is a relentless, unpredictable parade of styles — from pitch-black comedy to skin-crawling body horror — united only by a shared obsession with the grim reaper. Faster and more focused than its predecessor, the sequel pushes boundaries of taste and imagination in equal measure.
