The premise
Tourists take a boat to a remote island, where they find that most of the people have disappeared, and something is stalking them. They find a hidden room in the big mansion on a hill, and an ancient diary, which gives them clues to the source of the terror.

A group of tourists arrive by boat at a seemingly idyllic Mediterranean island, only to discover it eerily deserted and something monstrous lurking among its sun-bleached ruins. As they search for answers in a crumbling hilltop mansion, an old diary surfaces — offering dark clues about the island's buried history. Italian genre maestro Joe D'Amato delivers one of his most notorious entries in the video nasty canon, built on mounting dread and unrelenting brutality. Escape seems impossible, and whatever is hunting them is closer than they think.
