The premise
A young man travels back in time, finding himself entrenched in the Civil War with an army of Frankensteins.

When a hapless young man is hurled back in time to the era of the American Civil War, he discovers that history is about to get a monstrous makeover. Caught between opposing armies and impossible circumstances, he finds an unlikely fighting force in a horde of Frankenstein creatures. Equal parts schlocky creature feature and period adventure, the film revels in its own absurd premise. Fans of low-budget, go-for-broke horror-comedy will find plenty to enjoy here.
