The premise
In the Fiji islands, the greedy and unscrupulous owner of the Valalola Resort Primal Park invites investors and guests for an opening party of his compound composed of hotel and zoo aiming to find partners for his discoveries. When a bunch of college smalltime thieves puts a virus in the security system to participate in a scavenger hunt, the greatest attractions of the zoo - sabretoothes from the prehistoric age developed from DNA found in fossils - escape, killing the hosts and guards for fun.

On a lush Fijian resort island, an ambitious entrepreneur has done the unthinkable — resurrecting sabre-toothed cats from prehistoric DNA and putting them on display for wealthy investors. When a group of reckless college students inadvertently compromises the park's security systems, the ancient apex predators are no longer safely behind bars. Trapped on the compound with nowhere to run, guests and staff quickly discover that opening night is going to be far more primal than advertised. Think Jurassic Park on a shoestring budget with prehistoric fangs.
