The premise

A group of Turkish police officers responding to a distress call find themselves trapped inside an abandoned building where something ancient and evil holds court. What begins as a routine night shift spirals into an unrelenting waking nightmare that blurs the line between the living world and somewhere far, far worse. Director Can Evrenol crafts a punishing vision of Hell on Earth that draws on cult ritual and body horror to deeply unsettling effect. Fans of extreme, uncompromising horror will find Baskin a difficult film to shake.
