The premise
Olivia, A New York-based journalist travels to Turkey when she receives news that her sister Marla is pregnant. Marla recently ended a relationship but decides to keep the baby and that's when sinister things begin to occur.

When New York journalist Olivia rushes to Turkey after learning her recently single sister Marla is carrying an unexpected child, the joyous news quickly curdles into something far more disturbing. Strange, sinister occurrences begin to shadow Marla's pregnancy, and Olivia finds herself pulled into a nightmare she never anticipated. With an international cast and an exotic setting, Magi taps into primal fears surrounding new life and the darkness that may accompany it.
