The premise
A technician brings a frozen specimen of the original Blob back from the North Pole. When his wife accidentally defrosts the thing, it terrorizes the populace-- the local hippies, cops, drunks and bowlers must all face the Blob!

What follows is a gleefully chaotic romp as an eclectic cross-section of 1970s society — hippies, bowlers, cops, and barflies — scrambles to survive the relentless, ever-growing mass. This Larry Hagman-directed sequel leans hard into camp and comedy without entirely abandoning its creature-feature roots. It's a time-capsule oddity that wears its B-movie badge with pride.
