The premise
A student receives a serial killer's brain in a transplant after being thrown into a pool with no water in it.

When a socially awkward student ends up with a killer's brain after a freak accident, his personality takes a decidedly dangerous turn — much to the alarm of everyone around him. Set against the backdrop of high school parties and prom night, this late-90s horror-comedy leans hard into its outrageous premise for laughs and light scares. A recognizable cast of the era keeps the tone breezy even as the body count threatens to rise.
