Deep in an uncharted African jungle, a group of graduate students joins a celebrated but increasingly erratic professor on a field expedition to observe a mysterious ape species. What begins as a landmark scientific opportunity quickly turns desperate when the creatures prove far more dangerous — and far less understood — than anyone anticipated. Cut off from civilization, the students must fight to survive against a predator that defies easy explanation. F.
