The premise
While on an afternoon walk with their children, two small town reporters notice the military camped on a hilltop. Debating the possible significance of this activity, they answer their door when two unusual strangers come knocking and find themselves held hostage in their own home.

A quiet day turns nightmarish for two small-town reporters when a mysterious military presence on a nearby hilltop turns out to be the least of their worries. When a pair of strange visitors show up at their door, what begins as an ordinary afternoon becomes a desperate fight to survive within the walls of their own home. The film mines its limited setting for maximum dread, trapping its characters — and the audience — with something deeply unsettling. Whatever the military is watching for, it may already be too late.
