When aspiring comic book artist Whitney Taylor takes up residence at an artist colony, she becomes dangerously fascinated with the dark legacy of a cartoonist who worked there decades before. Her passion for the macabre leads her to resurrect something that should have stayed buried — a hulking demon with an appetite fueled by imagination itself.
