The premise
After surviving the events in the Jotunheimen mountains in which four of her friends were murdered, the badly injured Jannicke is brought to the local hospital. But when she wakes up, the building is dark and deserted... and she soon realizes that her nightmare isn’t over yet.

Picking up immediately after the events of the first film, Cold Prey II transplants the carnage from a remote mountain wilderness to the sterile corridors of a near-empty hospital — a setting that proves just as claustrophobic and unforgiving. Sole survivor Jannicke barely has time to catch her breath before the danger she thought was behind her closes in once again. This Norwegian sequel leans hard into the slasher tradition while keeping the grounded, gritty tone that made its predecessor a standout. Expect a strong female lead, mounting dread, and zero room for comfort.
