The premise
A woman is gang-raped in a horse's stable, and even though the rapists are caught and imprisoned, she is harassed many moons later by ghastly visions of her tormentors, while her husband philanders and every little thing frightens her out of her wits.

After surviving a brutal assault, a woman finds no refuge in her own home as terrifying visions begin to erode her grip on reality. Her husband's infidelity leaves her isolated and vulnerable, with no one willing to take her fears seriously. What starts as psychological torment gradually spirals into something far more dangerous, blurring the line between paranoia and genuine threat. This grim early-80s shocker pulls no punches in portraying the aftermath of trauma with raw, uncomfortable intensity.
