When a pharmaceutical drug trial takes a catastrophic turn, a group of volunteers discovers that succumbing to sleep means certain death. Locked inside a remote facility with no easy way out, the participants must fight exhaustion, paranoia, and each other as their bodies push toward their limits. What begins as a routine clinical study spirals into a pressure-cooker nightmare where every closing eye could be the last. The race to survive becomes as dangerous as the drug itself.
