The premise
Six parapsychologists investigate a reputed haunted mansion and are set upon by three flesh-eating succubus ladies under the control of the sinister warlock owner bent on finding a mysterious amulet to give himself more power.

A team of parapsychologists descend on a notorious mansion expecting to document paranormal phenomena, but they quickly find themselves hunted by something far more carnal and deadly. Three seductive, flesh-hungry succubi stalk the halls, doing the bidding of the mansion's malevolent owner who is obsessed with securing an ancient amulet. The film blends old-school exploitation sensibilities with supernatural horror, leaning hard into blood-soaked practical effects and creature carnage. Survival becomes a desperate scramble as the investigators realize the true sinister design behind their invitation.
