The premise
In this "lost slasher film from 1978," a masked killer wages an unrelenting spree of murder, cannibalism, and necrophilia. But when his tortured past comes back to haunt him, he plunges to even greater depths of madness and depravity, consuming the lives of a young woman and those she holds dear.

Presented as a rediscovered exploitation relic from the late 1970s, Headless follows a deeply disturbed masked killer whose capacity for savagery knows no limits. The film wallows deliberately in extreme violence and transgressive content, pushing far beyond conventional slasher territory into genuinely harrowing territory. As the killer's tortured inner world begins to surface, a young woman and those closest to her are drawn into his path of destruction.
