Two strangers regain consciousness chained at opposite ends of a filth-encrusted bathroom with no memory of how they got there — only a dead body, a cassette tape, and a set of horrifying instructions between them. As detectives close in on the case above ground, the men below must wrestle with impossible choices that test the limits of desperation and morality.
