The premise
Pinhead is set loose on the sinful streets of New York City to create chaos with a fresh cadre of Cenobitic kin.

The iconic Cenobite lord Pinhead breaks free from his otherworldly constraints and descends upon New York City, where the neon-drenched decadence of the urban nightlife gives him fertile hunting ground. An ambitious reporter stumbles into the nightmare, finding herself at the center of a war between hell's forces and what little stands in their way. This third chapter in the Hellraiser saga turns up the carnage and spectacle, pushing the franchise into more bombastic, action-tinged territory while keeping Doug Bradley's commanding presence front and center.
