A morally compromised detective stumbles upon the infamous puzzle box and unwittingly sets forces far beyond his comprehension into motion. As the people around him fall victim to increasingly disturbing fates, the line between reality and nightmare begins to dissolve. Pinhead looms over the investigation like a dark judge, and the deeper the detective digs, the more his own soul seems to be on trial. This fifth Hellraiser entry takes the franchise in a psychological noir direction that sets it apart from its predecessors.
